When you send a request or message through this website we receive what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number if you give one, and the details of your trip or question.

Why we collect it

We use these details to reply to you, prepare quotes and invoices, and arrange the travel services you ask for.

Who sees it

Your details are read by the SoulTrack Expeditions reservations team. Where it is needed to arrange your booking, we pass the relevant details to the hotels, drivers, airlines or other providers involved. We do not sell your details.

Where it is kept

Requests are kept in our email inbox and in our booking records, which are held for us by companies that provide email and data hosting.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when a page opens.
